Katana Network isn’t just another crypto project. It’s a full-stack DeFi arsenal forged by Polygon Labs. Built to cut through the noise, it fuses liquidity aggregation, yield optimization, and privacy into one seamless ecosystem made for true degens and market disruptors. Partnering closely with the Polygon team, I crafted a bold brand launch, from striking visual identity and kinetic motion to an bespoke illustration system and immersive digital to physical activations.

We brought the identity to live through immersive scrolling experience that follows the movement of the katana staking into the ground. Each scroll expands on the story of Katana, from the tokenomic design, to value props, and end with roadmap outlining the future phases of the project.

Launch campaign activation:
Pre-deposit Gacha

Following the product announcement, we created a digital experience in the form of a Gacha machine to allow community to pre-deposit into the vault in exchange for crates — mysterious boxes that yield rewards like Kat tokens, rare NFTs, and others. The campaign attracted degens, early adopters, and enthusiasts to deposit over $240 millions in a few weeks.
